RBS Virtual Hosting - Service Provider's Portal

RBS Virtual Hosting is an alternative to purchasing your own hardware and software to operate an Online Backup service. You distribute a white-label version of our industry leading Remote Backup Client software to your customers, and they back up to RBS' data centers. You maintain your own customer relationships, determine your own end-user pricing, and distribute software with your own branding.

Virtual Service Providers manage their own customers and installers through the web-based Virtual Hosting Portal. You can log into the Portal from anywhere on the Web. The Portal allows you to add and delete clients, change quotas, add and change service options, customize your installers, run reports, and much more.

Below are some examples of the screens from the Customization Utilities that VSPs (under the Standard Hosting plan) use to mange their clients and their software. The Customization Utilities allow you to customize and brand your Client software, and maintain various service plans with dozens of different options. Currently online customization does not include graphics. RBS will give you instructions including the sizes and formats of the graphics that you will send to us to include in your software.
